One licence.
Every location.
Carevia Pro and Pro+ are single-site licences, covering one CQC-registered location. A provider licence extends full Pro+ access to every service you run, priced per location and invoiced annually.

Governance does not travel between services on its own.
Every registered manager in your group is solving the same problems separately. Each one builds their own audit cycle, their own supervision structure, their own way of evidencing that an action changed practice. When one service is inspected, the learning rarely reaches the others.
A provider licence gives every manager the same tools and the same method, so a finding in one service can be checked across the group rather than filed locally. It also resolves the licensing question, because a single Pro+ membership covers one location and cannot lawfully be shared across a group.
“Confidence is not assurance. However, confidence is clever and can disguise itself as assurance.”
Two tools. One traceable governance loop.
Provider licences unlock the part of Carevia that single memberships cannot: provider-level oversight connected to what every service is actually recording.
Service Assurance Hub
335 standards across 16 audit areas, configured for residential, nursing, supported living or homecare. Every standard is tested through Read, Ask and Observe, and every finding enters one action plan with an owner, due date and success criteria.
Provider Assurance Dashboard
Nominated individuals upload reduced snapshots from each service, compare positions, dip test any reported finding independently, and return actions to the service that raised them. Where a service does not submit its assurance, a fallback audit route keeps the gap visible rather than papering over it.
Full Pro+ access, for each registered manager.
Not a shared login. Each manager has their own access to the complete library and the full interactive tool set.
Service Assurance Hub & Provider Assurance Dashboard
A scheduled audit programme for every manager, connected to a provider-level dashboard for comparison, dip testing and closed-loop actions across the group.

Every location on your licence gets all of the above. See what that costs for your group →
Priced per location. The rate falls as the group grows.
Invoiced annually at eleven months for twelve, the same convention as Carevia Pro annual.
No VAT is added. We confirm your location count against your CQC registration before invoicing.
Larger groups need pricing and onboarding shaped around how the organisation is actually structured. Tell us how many services you run and how governance is currently overseen, and we will come back with a proposal.
Or use the form if that link does not open your email.
Four steps, no card details.
You apply
Send the form below with your organisation, location count and who will be the main contact.
We verify
We check the location count against your CQC provider registration, so the licence matches what you actually run.
We invoice
An annual invoice with your purchase order reference if you need one. Standard payment terms.
Managers get access
Each registered manager receives their own login, with an onboarding session from six locations upwards.

No payment is taken at this stage. We confirm your details, then send an invoice.
We use these details to prepare your licence and invoice, and to reply to your enquiry. Read our Privacy Policy.

The questions providers ask first.
Why is the provider licence annual when Pro+ is monthly?
Because providers buy differently. Group purchases usually need an invoice, a purchase order and a finance approval rather than a card, and an annual licence fits how budgets are actually set. It also means access cannot lapse in month seven because a card expired.
What happens if we open or close a location mid-year?
Tell us and we will adjust. If you move up a band during the year we invoice the difference pro rata for the remaining months. If a location closes, the credit carries to your renewal. We would rather keep the licence accurate than have you paying for a service you no longer run.
Does each manager get their own login?
Yes. Each registered manager has their own access, so their tools, records and reflections are their own. Shared logins defeat the purpose, because the interactive tools build a personal record of what that manager has checked and when.
Can we just buy several individual Pro+ memberships instead?
You could, and it would cost more. Pro+ is a single-site licence covering one CQC-registered location, so one membership cannot lawfully cover several services. Buying one per location is permitted but works out more expensive at every group size than the provider rate.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. Carevia is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the price invoiced.
If Carevia becomes VAT registered in future, VAT would apply to licences issued after that point. A licence already in its term is unaffected, and we would tell you before your renewal rather than let it appear on an invoice.
What happens to our data if we do not renew?
The interactive tools store data in each manager's own browser rather than on our servers, and every tool has a JSON or PDF export. Export before the licence ends and the records stay with you. We will remind you before renewal so nothing is lost by accident.
We are a provider with services in more than one region. Does that matter?
No. The licence is based on the number of CQC-registered locations, not where they are. If governance is overseen differently in different parts of the organisation, mention it on the form and we will factor it into onboarding.
How quickly will we hear back?
Carevia is a small operation, so applications are answered personally rather than automatically. Expect a reply within two working days, and sooner if your details are straightforward.
Same standard.
Every service.
Consistent governance across a group is not a matter of sending everyone the same policy. It is whether every manager can show what is actually happening, in the same way, when somebody asks.
